Tour de Arizona Gets Favorable Endorsements!

Tour de Arizona received its endorsements from the Arizona Office of Tourism, the Governor's Staff and the Governor as well. Soon, RFPs will be sent to potential host cities, the first of many steps to make this event a success. The Tour de Arizona is a statewide event, thus support from the government, private sector and fans will be needed. Our endorsements are a huge step in the progress of bringing the Tour de Arizona to the state.

Become A Host City

The Tour of Arizona world-class, multiple-day professional cycling race and rolling festival is pleased to announce that Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from cities interested in hosting the inaugural event are now available. Cities have the opportunity to bid to host one or more "stage designations", including a Stage Start, Stage Finish and Time Trial. The completed proposals will be due the summer of 2010; leaving us plenty of time to plan each host city's festivities and the route. By fall 2010, we will have the route determined and will announce it then.

Tour de Arizona Pre-Event Site Launch

The Tour de Arizona Pre-event site launch is schedule for April 30, 2010. The site will provide ongoing event information as we continue to develop the event for 2012.
